Talon

Talon was not a dog Jana planned on keeping, but as she worked with Wayeh Malamutes on a rehome project to train for Outward Bound programs, Talon made it very clear that he was Jana’s dog and did not want to leave. 

While Talon is not a true rescue, he is a rehome, allowing Wayeh Malamutes to rescue 11 senior Malamutes that were homeless after their owners died.

Talon turned two Halloween 2025, and brings a very sweet, gentle aura to the team.
